Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Purrfect, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adoption and rehoming purpose
Purrfect V1 is focused on pet adoption and responsible rehoming across Egypt. It is not a paid pet sales marketplace, breeding marketplace, pet dating or social-chat product, payment processor, emergency service, veterinary service, legal service, law-enforcement service, or rescue service.
User responsibilities
- Use Purrfect lawfully, respectfully, and with animal welfare first.
- Provide truthful account, profile, listing, readiness, media, and contact information.
- Do not harass, threaten, pressure, discriminate, scam, impersonate, spam, or bypass safety controls.
- Do not use Purrfect for illegal activity, animal abuse, neglect, abandonment, fighting, harmful breeding, paid pet sales, or misleading rescue claims.
Lister responsibilities
Listers are responsible for honest pet listings, accurate ownership or authority to rehome, clear health and behavior disclosure, responsible contact preferences, and safe handoff planning. Listing review by Purrfect is not a certification or a guarantee.
Adopter responsibilities
Adopters are responsible for truthful readiness information, careful questions, safe meetings, suitable home planning, respectful communication, and final adoption decisions. Purrfect cannot decide whether a person, home, or pet is suitable in every circumstance.
Protected and direct contact rules
Contact details shared through Purrfect must be used only for the adoption or rehoming conversation that allowed them. Do not publish, resell, scrape, pressure, or reuse another user's phone, email, profile, or social details outside that purpose.
No safety or adoption guarantees
Purrfect does not guarantee safety, identity, background checks, pet health, temperament, ownership claims, adopter suitability, lister suitability, availability, handoff success, or adoption outcome.
Moderation and enforcement
Purrfect may review, edit, limit, hide, remove, or decline listings or content; restrict accounts; preserve safety records; and take other reasonable moderation actions when needed to operate the service, enforce these Terms, protect users or pets, or address abuse.
Content and uploaded media
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give Purrfect permission to host, store, resize, display, and use that content as needed to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the service. You must have the right to upload the pet photos and information you provide.
Limitation of liability
Purrfect provides tools that support adoption and rehoming decisions, but users remain responsible for their own interactions and decisions. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Purrfect is not responsible for losses or harm arising from user conduct, pet behavior, external contact apps, meetings, handoffs, or information supplied by other users.
Changes and contact
